• New offence: Terrorism (Section 113 BNS) — Comprehensive definition introduced

• Organised Crime (Section 111 BNS) — New section targeting crime syndicates

• Hit-and-Run (Section 106 BNS) — Enhanced punishment: up to 10 years + fine
