At Allahabad Law Agency®, Faridabad, we aim to deliver your law books quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.

1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver Pan India — to all states, union territories, and major cities across India
• We currently do not ship internationally
• Delivery is available to residential and business addresses, including remote areas (subject to courier availability)

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmed payment
• Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day
• Business days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

3. Shipping Partners

• We ship via Shiprocket — a trusted multi-carrier platform that uses services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and others depending on your location
• The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and speed to your pin code

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹800
• For orders below ₹800, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India
• COD orders are subject to a small COD handling fee (if applicable, shown at checkout)
• Payment is collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery
• COD availability depends on the pin code and courier partner serviceability

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email/SMS
• You can also track your order via the Shiprocket tracking portal or directly on the courier partner’s website
• For order status, you can also contact us at allahabadlawagency@gmail.com with your Order ID

8. Packaging

• All books are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
• We use bubble wrap, kraft paper, and corrugated boxes for fragile or multi-book orders
• Each shipment includes the invoice/packing slip inside the package

9. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

• The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts (depends on local branch feasibility) at your address
• If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
• In case of a returned shipment due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, re-shipment charges will apply
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing the order

10. Damaged or Lost in Transit

• If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• If your order appears to be lost in transit (no movement for 10+ days), contact us — we will file a complaint with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund

11. Bulk Orders

• For bulk or institutional orders (10+ books or orders above ₹5,000), please contact us directly for special shipping rates and arrangements
• Bulk orders may have extended delivery times depending on availability and destination
