How to Study It
- Start with Chapters 1-5: formation, consideration, capacity, consent and legality. They are the building blocks of every contract problem.
- Then take Chapters 6-12 in order, from void agreements to remedies.
- Study the Specific Relief chapters last. They answer the question “what can the court actually order?”
- The book also has a chapter on Electronic Contracts, a topic that is increasingly part of the syllabus.
